New Years Resolution: Build Yourself a Proper Desk

New Years.. the time for making resolutions. Well here's one you won't soon regret. Build yourself a proper desk. If you're reading this, then there's a pretty good chance you spend an awful lot of time sitting at your desk. How do you feel? Are you sitting in the proper way? Do you get fatigued or sore because your keyboard, mouse, monitors or other work surfaces are at the wrong height?

Three years ago I built this desk, and I have not regretted it for one moment. Having the proper desk and chair can make a world of difference when ti comes to working productively and without pain.
