Make a Gate with Kee Klamp Pipe Fittings - Chicago Children's Museum
This installation that the Chicago Children's Museum demonstrates how to use a Type 83 Pin Fitting and a Type 78 Eye Fittting to make a simple gate. The eye fitting attaches to the static pipe. The pin fitting typically goes onto the gate so the gate can easily be lifted on and off. In most cases, two sets of fittings are requried, but more can be used to help support heavier gates.
