ADA Railing Styles

ADA Railings can be designed in several different rail styles. The image to the left gives the four different railing configurations that can be used when designing an ADA handrail. The top rail is the only handrail that is required in all scenarios. Other rails are added for ramps, walkways and other circumstances. If you are unsure which rail arrangement that you need, please talk to our customer service team about which rail arrangement is required for your railing.
