Gaskets are available to prevent the corrosion associated with lime in concrete. Kee Lite's neoprene gaskets have more resistance than natrual rubber to sunlight, ozone, and oxidation. Neoprene is heat resistant and does not soften as natural rubber does under severe exposure.
