Keith Slagerman created his own photographic shooting table using Kee Klamp fittings. With a little ingenuity and a look at the design of a retail shooting table, he was able to construct something to meet his needs for about half the cost of buying one.
Keith has a complete tutorial of how he built his shooting table on his web site. link

We needed a desk to put in the corner of our downstairs, so I decided to make one from a piece of plywood, some fence posts and fittings. I think in the end it came out pretty nice. We’ve been using it for over 6 months and it has been very functional.

Here is a cart used by the Kee operation in Canada. It has a place for your laptop as well as a complete array of tools. It is on casters so that it can easily be moved around the warehouse. How would you like to see this thing in your shop!!!

The guys over at Kee have constructed this awesome work cart for use in one of their warehouse locations. You can see that it has storage below for boxes, a place to store tools, a place to pack boxes, and even a platform for a laptop computer. To top it all off it’s on casters so that it can be rolled around to different locations, infill panels to enclose the space below and a nice stainless steel desktop. Great project!

We have been working several months with Chris Logue to help him bring his TV Platform design from concept to completion. The finished product has finally been refined and is being shown at a furniture show in Portsmouth, NH this weekend. You can see more about Logue Studios by visiting: http://loguestudio.com
Chris’s project has come to embody many of the different ideals that we hold to at Simplified Building Concepts. We are involved not only in providing Kee Klamp fittings, but in helping to provide a web presence. If everything goes according to plan we will even be helping him establish an e-commerce site to sell his furniture and provide back-end customer service. If you would like to find out more about the other services that we offer, please visit: http://loguestudio.com

This is a desk / drafting table designed by Sam with Google’s free SketchUp program. The fittings make it possible to adjust and customize this desk in any way you see fit. The shelves can be swung out in any direction and can be raised and lowered. The fittings are durable so you can tear this down, move it, and it will last assembly after assembly. You might also use the pipe monitor mounts, mentioned in a previous article, to attach computer monitors to the structure.
Sam is our primary customer service rep, so if you have questions about the desk feel free to give him a call. He will be glad to help you design-build your own desk.

Iron Desk - This is a desk built by John Britton. It was built with black pipe and aluminum fittings. He used an old butcher block for the desktop. He has included step by step instructions for his desk on his web site - click here to see the project.

This simple shelf can be made from pipe (tube or conduit could also be used), shelving and a few Kee Klamp fittings. Tricia is responsible for this design and has made this available for download in Google’s 3D Warehouse: click here.
Here is what Tricia wrote about the project:
Built with Kee Klamp fittings 20-6, 61-6 and MH50. The fittings allow for custom dimensions in all directions and additional shelves. This is an ideal garage organization setup. Try changing the dimensions to store plastic tubs/totes, or adding a counter top to create a workspace
Thie pipe and shelf size can obviously be varied depending on the size shelf you would like to build. Here are the required fittings:
