Kee Industrial Products Inc. Changes Name to Kee Safety Inc.
Thursday, March 6th, 2008In a major company initiative which reflects the continuing evolution of the business, Kee Industrial Products, Inc. has announced that it will now operate as Kee Safety, Inc.
As Kee Safety, Inc., the company will continue to provide its market leading Kee Klamp® fittings, KeeGuard® roof edge protection and other popular product and system brands. This name change is being instituted across all the Group companies around the world in Canada, France, Germany, UAE and the UK to create a truly international safety company. This re-organization will enable the group to focus its business more effectively on delivering high quality safety solutions to its many global customers.

The Kee® Safety Group is segmented into four business sectors with a distinct and clear focus on product and system areas. Safety Components incorporates the top-selling Kee Klamp® components, the corrosion-resistant Kee Lite® range and the ADA compliant Kee® Access range typically used in guardrailing, handrailing and other safe tubular structure applications.
Safety Systems covers the KeeGuard®, Kee Dome® and Kee® Mark systems which lead the market in effective fall protection solutions.
The Safe Access Solutions business comprises the tailored industrial flooring and hand railing systems provided by the group’s British Standard Gratings business that protect construction sites with various fall protection solutions.
Finally, in Safe Steelwork Connections the company offers the versatile BeamClamp® and BoxBolt® steelwork connection solutions widely used in curtain walling and other secondary steelwork applications. The transition to Kee Safety, Inc. was effective from 1st January 2008.
